Households who have received previous awards for the County of San Diego’s Emergency Rent and Utilities Assistance Program (ERAP) and need additional assistance must Recertify their eligibility. The County must verify the household still meets all eligibility criteria for the program. Please ‘Login’ to your existing account to Recertify.
Households who have been previously denied for assistance, but think they now qualify can submit a new application. Please ‘Login’ to your existing account to Reapply.
Residents in the cities of Chula Vista and San Diego are out of jurisdiction for the County of San Diego COVID-19 Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance program. Please visit ERAPSanDiego.org for more information on their rental and utility assistance programs.

The County ERAP helps eligible households in qualifying areas who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program provides payment assistance for renters who need help with rent and utilities.
The County ERAP serves all areas of the San Diego region except for the cities of San Diego and Chula Vista. Residents of the cities of San Diego and Chula Vista can visit ERAPSanDiego.org for information about rental and utility assistance in their area.
